Silver Street, Bedford.
Silver Street in Bedford now has two faces at its entrance, OK it looks pretty at night, but by day these look like silver faceted unhappy faces. I call them the Silver Street Blues. Despite what some say I feel these images to be far from representative of Bedford, I see them as glum, unsmiling and unwelcoming. Bedford is a vibrant town, multi-racial, happy, pretty and home to many creeds and cultures. Maybe one day soon these terrible images will be removed or better still, recycled!
