As published in Bedfordshire on Sunday, a young woman tossing bread into the air which is then caught by seagulls in flight. This was the first really cold snap I have seen here for quite some time.

Here we see David with our County Flower, the Bee Orchid. David visited Arlesey and was a personal guest of ACORN, (Arlesey Conservation for Nature). What a great man and probably one of the greatest I will ever meet.

Well this is my adopted county, I was raised in Hertfordshire and moved up here in 1981. There is a lot to do here I'll try to give you a few ideas as to where to visit as time goes by. We have plenty of public open spaces, some free (for example Priory Country Park) others will cost you ( Woburn Safari Park and Whipsnade Zoo to name but two), there is a whole lot to do in Bedfordshire, come over and see! I enjoy the multi-cultural side of the county as well as the many interesting sites.
